An experienced Chief Commercial/Business Officer or VP of Commercial, reporting to the CEO of the company and working closely with the business development team, who will play a pivotal part of the leadership team by:

• Formulating the company’s commercialization strategy;
• Directing the execution of a fully integrated commercial business plan;
• Driving revenue generation, business growth, and profitability;
• Leading growth and partnerships opportunities;
• Leading strategy for commercial team growth, business talent acquisition, etc;
• Partnering with business units across the organization on commercial activities.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most:

• 15+ years of experience leading and closing strategic partnerships between biotech or digital health companies and pharma/CROs;
• Proven ability undertaking strategic and tactical commercial activities on an international scale;
• Track record assessing opportunities, seeking, prioritizing, and closing commercial partnership or licensing agreements;
• Building and leading commercial teams, setting clear objectives and maintaining high standards;
• Excellent communication and influencing skills;
• An enthusiastic mentality, with the drive and determination to improve quality at every level and the business acumen to manage complex issues and environments.
