Mary Nikolakopoulou, Psychologist

Mary is a Licensed Psychologist with experience in Clinical Diagnosis and Counseling. She holds a BA in Psychology and a MSc in Stress Management and Health Promotion. She focuses in exploring brain functioning and in psychopharmacological research. Her specialization is in Stress Management Techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach (i.e. Biofeedback, Mindfulness, Cognitive restructuring, Guided Imagery). Mary is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Experimental Psychology Laboratory at the 1st Psychiatric Clinic of School of Medicine at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
